Send to jail the people responsible. I believe they should only go to jail for a long time, and extend in jail to pay back the money they stole. They did not care who they were hurting when they were committing the crime and how umteen people were going to loose everything because of the crime they committed. They commit the crime to satisfy themselves. Then society lets them tell their story and realise from it. That is not right. They should be tempered as what they are criminals. sometimes we give these individuals the importance they do not deserve.
