On January 8, 2002, president George W. Bush redefined the educational system and the way in which educators moldiness fulfill the academic requirements of from each one and every student in attendance. He signed into law the No Child Left Behind Act which is a reformation of the Elementary and alternate Education Act of 1965. The ESEA was originated primarily for children who were living at or below the government’s guidelines of what was considered poverty level. Government accompaniment was allocated to school districts in poverty stricken areas to initiate wise and better educational programs that would allow poor children to receive a note education. Even though, the ESEA was implemented for children living in poverty, the No Child Left Behind Act was instituted for all children, no matter what differences they may have in their socioeconomic status. Although, on that point were several revisions made to the original ESEA, NCLB requires all schools to provide students with fitted teachers, standardized testing, and to show accountability for the learning progress of each enrolled student.
One requirement of NCLB is that school districts must hire restricted educators who teach fundamental subjects.



Their education must contain both certification, or bachelor’s degree, and they must be satisfactory within the core subjects they plan to teach, or are presently teaching.(Core subjects include English, reading or language arts, mathematics, science, foreign languages, civics and government, economics, arts, narration and geography.)
