The Right of Habeas Corpus and Protection of Civil Liberties
According to the US Constitution, the counterbalance of habeas head teacher refers to a basic responsibility granted to Americans. Moreover, the right protects an individuals right not to be outlawed without a trial. The right of habeas corpus also protects imprisoned individuals from laws passed by and by their imprisonment or those passed after the fact.
