African Americans and Their Fight For Freedom
African Americans referred to as Black American or Afro-American, and formerly as American Negroes are citizens or residents of the unite States who relieve oneself at least partial ancestry from any of the native populations of Africa, As is stated in Wikipedia.
The African American people of the United States put one across been the one culture along with the Native Americans that have suffered the most with their coming to the United States. In the 16th degree Celsius African slaves rose up against the Spanish explorer Luca Vasquez de Ayllion and have progressed to today with the 44th President Barak Obama. Between these two events there have been events that have been resolved and ongoing, such as slavery, racism, reconstruction, knowledge of the African-American community, participation in the military conflicts of the U.S., racial segregation, and the civilian Rights Movement, as stated in the Wikipedia.
On the target Afro American History it shows, In 1896 the ruling of Plessy vs. Ferguson which held up snap off but equal laws which were established by many states held that African Americans were of no concern.



Lynching was on the rise as were the laws to choke up them from voting. These laws were in place along with the atrocities that were plagued on the African Americans in raise to keep them down. These laws stated that they were not entitled to the rights minded(p) a citizen of the United States. Throughout the history of America the gruesome Americans have suffered at the hands of the white population. From being herded onto ships and brought to the America for sale as a slave.
