here is the report you requested October 11, 2006 with regards to employee turnover issues at On the moulding Mexican Grill & Cantina. This report suggests that with or so essential changes, On the Border can reduce the rate at which employees leave the fellowship. Recommendations include interviews after each homework shift, exit interviews, employing more full-time staff, and personality tests prior to hiring an employee.
