Practical lesson Date: 16/7/12
Today was our beginning(a) lesson for semester 2 and the aim of the lesson was to gain an understanding in our bleak topic for in term 3. The topic we are firing to read round this term is on epic household. We dog-tired about half(a) the lesson on the guess comp unitynt and the arcminute half participating in a practical activity. For the theory comp superstarnt of the lesson we went over a class had out which we genuine our last lesson of term 2 titled Bertolt Brecht (1989-1956) & Epic Theatre.
identify things I learnt from following handout presented in class:
Brecht created plays that had good social and political messages designed to make audiences think about the social and political factors that affected their lives.
An epic play is one that one that tells a story as a succession of events rather than concentrating on an individuals feelings and thoughts.
Brecht hoped people would wait on the possibility of political change if they understood that things happened because of the choices that people made.

For the consequence half of the lesson we worked on a fun activity that helped us understand the difference between naturalistic demeanor landing field and epic theatre. For this task the class was split in half each being given a script. Each of the twain groups is to perform a scene with identical events occurring however one group is performing it in a naturalistic style the other in an epic theatre style. My group play it in a naturalistic style and I compete one of the good girls.
