The other way to achieve joy at work is to eliminate management, organization charts, job descriptions and hourly wages. All employees must be treated with importance. Job descriptions, hourly wages and the rest will only make them repugn with each other. Another important aspect of joy at work is, fairness means treating everybody differently. apiece of us is unique and each of us is born with his own talent. Thus managers must see to it that their employees are treated that way they should be.
