Rug supports her opinion with facts and visual charts to aid the ratifier in understanding the debt ceiling issue. She explains that America is not waiver to self-destruct by not raising the debt limit. I play off with the author, America needs to prioritize our debt and start lowering the center we spend. The creation of the debt limit in 1939 was to manage congressional spending, which patently has not worked seeing how it has been raised 98 times since 1940. reproduction the debt ceiling again proves that Congress is failing to get Americas monetary resource under simplicity.

After paying intimacy and entitlements, the treasury should pay back 300 billion dollars left over. Our organization needs to cut spending, just as most Americans have done in our struggling economy. Raising the limit of the debt ceiling will not solve Americas financial problems.
