Organizational Structure The organization I chose for this assignment is Mighty all right Inc. Mighty Fine Inc., located in Los Angeles, California is unmatchable of the leading tee-shirt manufacturers in the United States. I cook had the merriment of being employed by this fraternity for the past sevener years, so I believe I have a good understanding of the organizations structure and culture. In 1992, three young entrepreneurs joined military strengths to create a tenor of shop-themed tee shirts. The target audience at that time was surf enthusiasts looking for modern and playful fashions that clearly showcased their love for the sport. Owners, Stacy Kitchen and khat Brand, were very much a part of the surf facial expression and began selling tee shirts to locals, many of who where their close friends.
